Grammar reference
Subject + 有 + Noun / Place + 有 + Noun
有 (yǒu) — possession & existence
有 means 'to have' when the subject is a person (我有一只猫 — I have a cat) and 'there is/are' when the subject is a place (房间里有一张床 — there is a bed in the room). Negate only with 没有, never 不有, and note there's no 是 needed alongside it.
